Da Shi Zhong Guohong tea, also known as "Chinese Red", is the product of a master-technologist affectionately nicknamed Da Shi (Mentor), who crafted this tea on a small farm located in Linzang County. The tea boasts long needles of dark brown tea leaves and a deep, fruity fragrance with hints of spice and biscuit. The liquor is transparent and has a meadow honey shade.

The ready-made tea has a vivid and warm bouquet that is multifaceted and fruity with notes of spice, honey, apricot kernel, and biscuit. The fragrance is deep and warm, with a calming effect. The taste is rich and full-bodied, silky, with a slight tartness and sweetness, and a lingering finish with citrus sourness.

To brew the tea, use hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or teapot made of porous clay. The recommended proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time for the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds, followed by short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds) for each subsequent step, increasing steeping time if necessary. This method can be repeated up to 9 times.

"Chinese Red" is suitable for both everyday and ceremonial tea drinking. Its multifaceted and bright taste, combined with its soft and delicate nature, make it perfect for an emotional reboot in the second half of the day or for evening relaxation in low concentration.
