Fo Shou Hei Cha Bing Pu-erh Tea, also known as "Hand of Buddha," is an original Taiwanese pressed black tea made from tea shoots of the Foshou variety.

This 300 g tea cake boasts a medium density that can be broken effortlessly. The aroma is a subtle blend of fruity and balsamic notes. When brewed, the infusion has a transparent, dark chestnut color.

The bouquet of the brewed tea is warm and bright, with woody, spicy, pastry, fruity, smoky, and honey notes. The aroma is deep, warm, and viscous, with a fruity-smoky scent. The taste is juicy, saturated, sweetish, a bit tart, with light acidity and spicy undertones, leading to a lingering finish.

To prepare, brew the tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. Use a proportion of 5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds, followed by short steeps (just 1-2 seconds) for each subsequent step, with an increase in steeping time if needed. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.

This unique and interesting tea is perfect for everyday tea drinking - bright, juicy, fragrant, and long-lasting. Its effect is warming and provides a soft tonic for a rejuvenating experience. Try Fo Shou Hei Cha Bing Pu-erh Tea and savor its exquisite taste and aroma.
