Experience the unique taste and aroma of "Gaba Assam Hong Cha". This red tea is processed with anaerobic fermentation technology using the finest Assamica shoots as raw material. Sourced from Doi Mai Salong Village in Changrai District, this tea is grown at an altitude of 1000m.

The red-brown twisted tea shoots with thin cuttings produce an intensive, fruity aroma with a hint of biscuits. The tea infusion is transparent and boasts a reddish-chestnut shade. The ready-made tea has a bright fruity bouquet with floral, spicy, woody, biscuit, and berry notes. The aroma is warm and intense, with a fruity-floral fragrance. The taste is full-bodied, juicy, a bit tart, and spicy with a sweetish berry sourness and refreshing finish.

To prepare, steep the tea in hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The recommended proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml, and the first steeping should be for 10 seconds. Then do short steeps (2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
