Jingmai Bai Cha is a white tea produced in a small tea farm in the Jingmai Mountains of Yunnan Province during the spring of 2020.

This 357-gram teacake features medium-density brown and greenish leaves with thin cuttings, as well as silver buds. The aroma is intense with a berry-floral scent, and the infusion is transparent with a yellowish hue.

The ready-made tea boasts a fresh and vibrant bouquet, with spicy-floral notes complemented by fruity, berry, woody, and grassy undertones. The aroma is fresh and tender, with a fruity-floral essence. The taste is full-bodied and silky, slightly spicy, with sweet and sour hints of dried fruits and fresh berries.

To prepare the tea, steep it with hot water (80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The recommended proportion is 5 grams per 100 ml, with a first steeping time of 5-7 seconds. Short steeps of 1 second can follow, with an increase in steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9-10 times.

Jingmai Bai Cha is an ideal choice for those looking to boost their daytime energy, refresh their perception, and feel revitalized.
