SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is processed as soon as we receive the order from your end and is generally ready in one working day. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping depending on your location.

Unless order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping within the Mainland UK will be £5.99. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Orders are shipped daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Important Note: We currently do not ship outside of the UK, if you are outside of the UK and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at sales@nordisktea.com before placing your order.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Once placed, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from placement of the order.
If it has been more than 24 hours since the placement of the order, and modification is desired, customer should write to sales@nordisktea.com.
Order modification will be considered subject to product availability and will be processed at the sole discretion of Nordisk Tea.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange goods if the product is damaged, defective, nearing its expiry date (within one month of the expiry date) upon delivery. In such circumstances, you can write to us at sales@nordisktea.com with details of the product and/or the defect.
Make sure to contact us promptly (within seven days of delivery) and attach an image as proof, so that we may initiate the return. If you are eligible, the product will be replaced with an identical unit at no additional cost to you.

REFUND POLICY

At Nordisk Tea, we do our best to ensure that you are happy with our products.
We will be happy to issue a full refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product is nearing the expiry date (within one month) or has surpassed it.
  • The product is unopened (Note: In this case, Customer is to pay return shipping, and return the product in its unopened, unaltered state. Refund will be issued upon recieving the returned product.)

Note: We will not accept used or opened products, and they will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Items purchased through special promotion, sales or clearance are final and not eligible for returns or exchange.

Please be sure to keep your receipt.

Please note: The method of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the method of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the amount does not reflect in your bank account within this time frame, please contact your bank.
If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, the credit should be available within 24-48 hours.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

reason why you’re requesting a refund, and a picture of the product received.
