Introducing Shu Pu-erh "Silent Warriors" – a 100-gram cake made in 2021 from fifth-grade raw materials harvested in 2017 in Menghai County. The medium-density cake consists of pressed, twisted brown leaves with cuttings. Its aroma is woody-balsamic and restrained, while the infusion is transparent and has a dark, reddish-chestnut color.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, with woody, nutty, autumnal and fruity notes. Its aroma is deep and warm, with hints of dried fruits. The taste is rich, with a slight tartness and sweetness, a delicate bitterness of cocoa beans and spicy nuances, leading to a long-lasting finish.

To prepare, steep the tea in hot water (95°C) using a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. Use a proportion of 6-8 grams per 100 ml of water. The first steeping should last for about 10 seconds, followed by short steeps of 3-5 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping time for each subsequent step. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
